Tom King was the best salesman I personally have ever had. He was very helpful with the whole process. Their customer service during the purchasing process was very good. The warranty for life is very nice to have as well. All in all i would 100% recommend purchasing here. We just purchased our RV so we are not sure how service will go. No pressure at all and very knowledgeable at what he does. The finance guys, and the service guys are all very nice and helpful as well. RV General is fantastic. Their customer service is phenomenal. Chrytal even made a house call when these “newbie” owners needed some help, and it was on a Saturday!!Not only are they very knowledgeable about the units they sale, they are willing to share hints and tricks to make your camping adventure as easy as possible. I brought my 5th wheel in for my annual maintenance inspection, Normally it is 3 to 5 days before you get it back but I asked Joe and Brian in the service department if they could get it to me before the weekend so we can take off on our trip. Even tho we did not buy our RV from them, they gave us a timely appt for a repair on an item that was preventing us from unhooking from our truck. New to owning a (used) bumper pull trailer we decided to take it to RV General before using it for the first time. We wanted to ensure everything functioned appropriately (3 slide outs, electrical/braking system, and more.) We chose the Diamond service pkg to cover all bases for peace of mind. We also wanted a general walk through to help us understand all the functions/features of our “new to us” trailer. The staff was polite, knowledgeable and provided the service we needed. They check it out let you know what you need and if you want to repair. Then the repairs are made and your trailer is clean and tidy when they get done and the repairs are done well would recommend them to anybody! - Jim
This is a small family owned RV dealership. I was traveling in my 3-week-old new Thor Tuscany motorhome, and the driver side mirror started vibrating violently and fell off within a matter of seconds into high-speed driving. The manufacturer arranged for overnight shipment of a replacement mirror. Despite that I did not purchase from RV General Store, they installed it the next day in less than 3 hours.
If I could, I would purchase my motorhome from these guys due to their service, family ownership, and the fact that they offer a lifetime warranty free on any units sold ($199/year Inspection fee.) - Michael
Had a great experience with our out-of-state purchase of a pre-owned RV. Our salesperson, Preston, was incredibly helpful and responsive. The entire team from financing to sales management worked with us to get our inspection done. Their front desk professional, Crystal, even took it upon herself to personally help with last-minute shipping coordination when it looked like our shipper would arrive after0hours. On arrival, the RV was even nicer than pictured/described. We felt very well-treated and would gladly do business with RV General Store again. - Serri
Outstanding Service/Warranty Department. We are full time RVers and needed warranty work done. RV General Store Service/Warranty Department made it happen – and got the work done in one business day so we didn’t have to get a hotel or be delayed in our travels. They were professional, communicative, efficient and overall very pleasant to deal with. If you own an RV you know going in for service is usually a nightmare. Our experience here was fantastic. Awesome experience with these guys. My belt tension came off, went there to get it fixed. I knew it was going to be quick, but the service tech literally climbed to the back of my trailer and fixed it right there. Took it home ran great. Good dudes - Josh
